1. Seller

2. Definitions

• Consumer — a natural person buying for purposes not related to their business.
• Business customer with consumer rights — a sole trader buying for a purpose not of a professional nature for them; they enjoy the consumer protections set out in sections 7–9.
• Digital product — digital content (e.g. license keys) or digital services (e.g. subscription accounts) supplied electronically.

3. Technical requirements

You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled and an active email address. Each product page states the platform, region and system requirements needed to activate it.

4. Orders and contract

• Product information on the site is an invitation to conclude a contract.
• You place an order by adding products to the cart, completing checkout and clicking the button confirming the obligation to pay.
• The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. That email, together with these terms, constitutes confirmation on a durable medium.
• We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or obviously mispriced.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are gross and include VAT. There are no delivery costs.
• Accepted payments: Shopify Payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other displayed methods) and PayPal.
• Payment is due in advance; delivery starts after payment is confirmed.
• Where a discount is shown, we display the lowest price from the 30 days before the discount was introduced.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, usually instantly, or within the time stated on the product page. Details: Delivery Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital products, this right is lost when delivery begins before that period ends, provided you gave express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. 8. Conformity and complaints

• We are liable for supplying digital products that conform to the contract, as required by Polish law (Consumer Rights Act, Chapter 5b) implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770.
• If a product is not in conformity (e.g. a key does not activate), you may request it be brought into conformity (repair or replacement); where that is impossible or ineffective, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
• Submit complaints to the email above with your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, screenshots.
• We respond within 14 days. For subscriptions, we are liable for non-conformity throughout the subscription period.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use free assistance from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection (WIIH), or the consumer centre in their country (ECC-Net for cross-border disputes). Using these procedures is voluntary for both parties.

10. Licenses and acceptable use

• Keys and accounts may only be used on the platforms and regions stated on the product page and in line with the software publisher's license terms.
• Keys are single-use unless stated otherwise. Do not resell, share or publish them.
• You may not use the store for unlawful purposes or provide unlawful content.

12. Final provisions

• Polish law applies. For consumers, this does not remove the protection granted by mandatory law of their country of residence.
• Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under mandatory law.
• We may amend these terms for important reasons (e.g. legal changes). Orders placed before a change follow the version in force when they were placed.
