At keyverse.eu, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or replacements are available for digital products purchased through our store.
1) General Rules
- Refunds or replacements are available only in limited cases, as digital content cannot be “returned” once activated.
- By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2) Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The key, code, or account does not work and has not been activated.
- The key or code was not used and you report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- You lose access to an account provided by us within 30 days of purchase.
In such cases, we will first attempt to replace the product with a working equivalent. If replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
3) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if:
- The key, code, or account has already been activated or used.
- The activation problem is due to customer error, such as wrong region, wrong platform, or activation on the wrong account.
- More than 24 hours have passed since delivery, unless otherwise required by law.
4) How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.
- We may request non-sensitive evidence (e.g., screenshot of the error message).
- We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 hours during business hours (CET/CEST).
5) Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
- For cryptocurrency payments:
- Refunds may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations.
- Transaction and network fees will be deducted where applicable.
6) Voluntary Policy & Legal Rights
This Refund Policy is provided voluntarily to give our customers additional protection and convenience.
It does not limit your statutory consumer rights under EU law, except where such rights do not apply to digital content (for example, after activation of digital keys or accounts).
