Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer (or sole trader with consumer rights) you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason.

2. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act, you lose the right of withdrawal:

• Digital content (e.g. license keys) — once delivery has begun, if you gave express consent to immediate delivery before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.
• Digital services (e.g. subscription accounts) — once the service has been fully performed with your express consent and acknowledgement; if you withdraw after the service has started but before full performance, you pay for the part provided.

We confirm your consent in the order confirmation email.

3. How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to hello@keyverse.eu before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model form below; it is not mandatory.

4. Refunds after withdrawal

We refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal) unless you agree otherwise. You bear no fees for the refund.

5. Faulty or non-conforming products

Losing the right of withdrawal does not affect your rights if a product does not work. If a key fails to activate or an account does not work as described, we will replace it, or — if that is not possible — reduce the price or refund you in full. Send your order number, a description and clear screenshots, and do not share the code with anyone. We respond within 14 days, usually within 24 hours.
